In most cases, we will be able to offer you accommodation alternatives ( that include but are not limited to staying at two different room types throughout your stay, similar accommodation at our sister hotel, offer of a comparable old city hotel.)
• Most Flexible Terms and Conditions: Most flexible terms and conditions are offered here at our own website Please check the terms and conditions at the final stage of your confirmation.
• Rates here include V.A.T.: Whereas most third party websites will display the rates exclusive of V.A.T. (8%) and add it at the last step of purchase.
  Please kindly be informed that the rates do NOT include Accommodation Tax. Accommodation Tax is 2% for stays starting from January 1, 2021. Accommodation Tax can be paid by the guest upon check-in, in cash ( in TRY, USD or EUR)
• Rates here always include breakfast: Rates on our own reservation site ( powered by hotelrunner.com) always include breakfast whereas equivalent rates at third party sites are likely to exclude breakfast.
• We will be happy to arrange your transfer from the airport to our hotel. The transfer charge is 50 Euros for both the new Istanbul Airport and for Sabiha Gokcen Airport. (per car, not per person, one way)

Group reservations: We are a small, boutique establishment and in order to sustain our service standards at Niles , the reservations of groups of five rooms or more will be subject to an additional approval of the General Manager.
