From the moment we stepped into Hotel Niles, we were warmly welcomed and from then on were treated like one of the family as management and member of the staff were very friendly, courteous and hospitable. All staff went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Staff informed us of what we could do and see in the vibrant city of Istanbul from shopping in the Spice Bazaar to visiting the Grand and beautiful mosques splendid architecture! We would have loved to speak a little more in Turkish but were pleasantly surprised as staff spoke good English (Seda and Mustafa) We have all had a wonderful and relaxing time in Istanbul and this will certainly not be our last visit.We will miss you all very much, keep in touch. My family and l had a wonderful time here at Hotel Niles .The staff was fantastic and always helpful. The terrace is beautiful, we loved the beautiful view and the area is buzzing with activity and so convenient for everything. This was our first trip to Istanbul but it won’t be our last. When we come again we will be sure to stay at Hotel Niles.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Istanbul. It is a lovely city for many reasons but the most important is the people. The best people we met are at Niles Hotel avaible and nice. The room is pretty too so we are very happy and we will come back again here of course!
