Each duplex suite has two floors. One is at ground Level, and the other is below ground. The upper floor has a sitting area (which may also be arranged as a sleeping area for two persons), a work desk, and a kitchenette.

The lower floor, reconstructed by a designer using the building's original Ottoman-era brickwork, is the master bedroom suite, with king- size bed and glass-enclosed hamam-style Turkish bathroom..
