Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 11:00 am. on our Roof Terrace with stunning views of old Istanbul and the Sea of Marmara. On Saturday and Sunday mornings we offer extended breakfast hours, from 08:00 to 11:30 am.
We offer a variety of items, many of them home-made, including such things as home-made breads and pastries, home-made jams, honey, a selection of local cheeses (white sheep’s-milk cheese, low-fat white cheese, cottage cheese, yellow cow’s-milk cheese ); a selection of Turkish olives (oil-cured black, green, and green stuffed with pimiento); cold meats such as turkey and chicken salamis; breakfast sausages, fried potatoes, omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, dry cereals and milk; fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruit, and yoghurt (with active cultures).
Breakfast beverages include coffee, tea, apple tea, herbal teas, and fruit juice (fresh-squeezed, and from concentrate).
